The ventilation duct is made of galvanised sheet steel. The diameter refers to the internal diameter of the duct. Connecting the Intelmann spiral ducts in the ventilation system: Nipples or pipe connectors are used to connect the spiral ducts in a ventilation system. Fittings such as bends, branch pieces or T-pieces can be connected directly to the spiral duct. Sockets are used to connect fittings (bends / branch pieces / T-pieces) to each other. A spiral duct is compatible with all other fittings with the same diameter. Two spiral ducts are connected with a nipple.
Flexible ventilation hose 10m Polyester-reinforced with concealed steel spiral Extremely flexible, smallest bending radius 0.54 x NW Temperature range -30°C to 140°C flame retardant according to DIN 4102 class B1 Intelmann ventilation hoses are fully flexible, strong laminate hoses for various applications. The hose consists of several layers of aluminium and polyester with a concealed wire spiral. The hose can be easily fitted to round and oval connectors. The hoses are made from a specially developed "sandwich construction". This means that the different layers of polyester and aluminium completely overlap each other. This makes the construction particularly strong.
