Intelmann® Duct Clamp / Threaded Bracket GB2040 incl. Screw M8 x 25 mm – for Air Duct Connection Profiles

The Intelmann® Duct Clamp GB2040 is used for the secure connection of rectangular air ducts and moulded parts. It is slipped over the connection profiles and firmly clamped by tightening the supplied screw. This reliably presses the profile frames against each other and creates a stable connection.

The duct clamp is suitable for the installation of rectangular air guidance systems and is compatible with all common profile sizes. The pre-assembled hexagon screw M8 x 25 mm allows for quick and easy installation.

Made from galvanised steel with a material thickness of 3 mm, the duct clamp impresses with high stability, corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

Assembly Instructions

✔ Slip the duct clamp over the connection profiles
✔ Tighten the screw evenly
✔ Recommended tightening torque: approx. 7 Nm
✔ Free length between two connection points should not exceed 200 mm
✔ For a permanently stable connection, distribute several duct clamps evenly
