Manufactured according to DIN EN 12237 and DIN EN 1506 Condensation is the main cause of moisture damage in buildings and occurs wherever warm air meets cold surfaces. Flat duct elbow, vertical, made of galvanised sheet steel.Application: Flat duct elbows are used as connecting elements in supply and exhaust air ducts for controlled residential ventilation. They can likewise be used in exhaust ducts for kitchen extractor hoods or as part of a supply-air duct for chimneys and stoves. To seal the joints we recommend our aluminium adhesive tape or aluminium‑laminated cold‑shrink tape. Both options provide adequate protection against pressure loss in your duct system. The hoses are constructed using a specially developed "sandwich construction". This means that the different layers of polyester and aluminium overlap one another completely. As a result, the construction is particularly strong.
