Payment and Shipping

Delivery is made within the country (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Croatia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping), we charge as follows:
Bulky goods are shipped by freight – costs are charged based on actual expenses.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1 - 3 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (or after your payment instruction in case of advance payment).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Further Details on Payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and companies .

The invoice amount must be settled within 10 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider) your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
