Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Croatia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland.

For the shipment of bulky goods (forwarding shipment) we charge as follows:
Bulky goods are shipped by freight carrier – costs are calculated on an actual basis.

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany is made within 1–3 days, for international deliveries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only available to public authorities and businesses .

The invoice amount for payment by invoice must be settled within 10 days.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider) your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
