RETURN
The following conditions apply:
Due to the new legal regulations in force since 13.06.2014, the return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer if they exercise their right of withdrawal.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we are therefore unable to cover the return shipping costs.
- Please send the parcel back to us with sufficient postage and inform us of the tracking number and the name of the transport company.
- Please ensure transport‑safe packaging, such as a cardboard box, to avoid damage during transport.
- Please enclose the delivery note / invoice in the parcel. This is required to process the return more quickly.
- Please remove all old parcel labels, as otherwise this may lead to delays in shipping.
After receipt and processing of the return, we will refund your money.
We very much regret that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
