Horizontal flat duct bend made of galvanised sheet steel. Area of application: Flat duct bends are used as connecting elements in supply and exhaust air ducts for controlled domestic ventilation. They can also be used in exhaust air ducts for extractor bonnets in the kitchen or as part of a supply air duct for fireplaces and stoves. We recommend using our aluminium adhesive tape or aluminium-laminated cold-shrink tape to seal the joints. Both options offer sufficient protection against pressure loss in your duct system.

The flat duct is suitable for a wide range of applications. These range from supply and exhaust air ducts for controlled (domestic) ventilation to use as an exhaust air duct for an extractor bonnet in the kitchen and as a supply air duct for fireplaces or stoves. The duct is suitable for installation under the screed. We recommend our version with internal reinforcement for this purpose. To seal the joints, we recommend our aluminium adhesive tape or aluminium-laminated cold-shrink tape. Both options offer sufficient protection against pressure loss in your pipework system.
